We didn't want to leave and would go back in a flash. Clean, great value hotel. Location was good and close enough to the train station, the center of town, and the old town of Avila. We got a room with a bath. the staff was amiable providing assistance.

The hotel was located close enough to the railway, the bus station, and the historic centre of Avila. The staff were affable and efficient all the time. I had the guest room which was extremely spacious with a big bathroom. The food they offered was good, had a great selection of meals...

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location near the train station was perfect for our family outings. The kids absolutely loved visiting the nearby playground, which had slides, swings, and even a small sandpit. It was a great place to let them burn off some energy before bedtime.
My wife says that having a kid-friendly menu at the hotel's restaurant would have been a great addition.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently close to the railway and bus stations, as well as supermarkets. It was only a 5-8 minute walk to the center, with plenty of restaurants nearby. the proximity to these amenities made it easy for our family with children to explore the city and find everything we needed.
We felt more than at home during our stay; we have no complaints to mention.

The room was super spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfy. We had a blast exploring Avila, especially visiting the medieval walls and the Basilica de San Vicente. Definitely a great spot for young party-goers like us!
We just wish there was a livelier atmosphere at the hotel. It would have been more fun if they had organized some sort of social events or activities for young people like us.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Avila for a few nights while exploring the area. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to both the train and bus stations, making it easy to get around. The room itself was warm, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had secure parking available, although it is helpful to know some Spanish to communicate this. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, which was important to me. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the nearby markets offered a great variety of food options.
100% Recommend this hotel.
